I offer two different session lengths, 60-70 minute sessions and 80-90 minute sessions. I intentionally give a small range for the length of each to give us flexibility to find a natural place to pause our conversation. Sometimes this natural pause is closer to 50 minutes (or 80 minutes for longer sessions), sometimes we will land close to the full hour mark (or 90 minute mark for longer sessions).
I strongly recommend that couples book the longer 80-90 minute session to ensure we have the time and space needed for everyone present.
If you are interested in a session length other than the two offered above, please reach out to inquire.
